A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required for all appointments. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to amend an appointment; rescheduling an appointment is only permitted on one occasion. Any violation of this policy will result in a loss of your booking fee.

Should a design be drastically or repeatedly amended from the original brief, this will result in a loss of your booking fee.

Should you be more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, it may need to be rearranged, and this will result in a loss of your booking fee.

All booking fees and gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable, without exception. Gift vouchers must be presented to be used.

All our team are self-employed and are entirely responsible for their clients; this includes pricing, booking fees, designs, queries and aftercare.

The use of numbing agents is strictly prohibited.
